Dexeryl Cream 250g​ is a skin protection cream for treating signs and symptoms of dry skin (xerosis), particularly in various skin conditions (such as atopic dermatitis, ichthyosis...). The film-forming effect of petroleum jelly and liquid paraffin physically inhibits evaporation, thus preventing dehydration, and acts as a barrier against external aggressions. Additionally, the moisturizing effect of glycerol helps maintain the skin's water balance. Thanks to its formulation, Dexeryl Cream also helps to reduce and prevent irritation. PACK with 2 packages
