Founded over 25 years ago by a woman called Tara O'Keeffe, with the aim of helping her father, Bill, with his dry, cracked hands. So Tara, a pharmacist, at home, created what is now Working Hands. The product looks the way it does today because it was created for the father. Even the rubber on the pot lid is inspired by the handle of a hammer. Little by little the news spread and people started buying. Today, O'Keeffe's has a loyal following of not only people who work outdoors, but also nurses, teachers, mechanics, diabetics and people with skin conditions such as Eczema.
